Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

• Your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or
• unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A proof of purchase is required.

 How to Start a Return

• Contact us at dirtmmoto@gmail.com to initiate a return
• Returns must be sent to our Levan, Utah office.
• Shipping feeds apply to refunds issued to the original payment method.
• In-store credit refunds are not subject to return shipping fees. 

Note: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 Return Approval Process

If your return is accepted:

• We’ll email you a return shipping label.
• You’ll receive instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if:

• The item is defective
• The item is damaged
• You received the wrong item

We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.

 Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Custom products (e.g., special orders, personalized items)
• Sale items or gift cards

If you’re unsure about your item, feel free to reach out before requesting a return.

 Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to:

1. Return the item you have.
2. Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item.

 Refunds

• Full-price items are eligible for in-store credit.
• Refunds to the original payment method are subject to a service fee.
• Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
• If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.

Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
